The Township Park is located at 640 W. Lemon Creek Rd., Baroda The improvements to the Park including a new pavilion, fishing pier, walking/biking trail, and toddler playground as well as an extension of the nature trail have been completed with the help of a grant from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund.
Rental is for the pavilions only. The playgrounds, ball fields, walking/biking trail, nature trail and fishing pier are available on a first come-first served basis. Reservations for the Pavilions will be taken beginning The first business day of the New year at 9:00 a.m. at the Township Office 9091 First St., Baroda, and by phone (269) 422-2300. There are two pavilions available for rent. The Old Pavilion is an open pavilion with garage-type doors that can be lowered on the North side of the building. There is electricity for plugging in crock pots, coffee pots, etc. and large serving area. The opposite end contains a grill. There is no running water to this building. Portable toilets are available for use. Pavilion capacity is about 120 people. Rental fee is $75 for Baroda Township and Village residents, $100 for all others. This includes a $50 key deposit that is refundable once the key is returned.
The New Pavilion contains a kitchen area with sink and hot and cold running water. There is electricity for plugging in, coffee pots, crock pots, etc. and a large serving area. One side of the building contains restroom facilities. The New pavilion is handicapped accessible, with both regular and handicapped accessible tables. Pavilion capacity is about 150 people. Rental fee is $100 for Baroda Township and Village residents and $150 for all others. This includes a $50 key deposit that is refundable once the key is returned.
All vehicles must be parked on black-topped areas.
Please bring your own trash bags and place filled bags in trash cans.
Please sweep pavilion after use in order to be clean for next party’s use.
No Camping, No Hunting, No Open Fires, No Firearms, No Alcohol, No Gas Motors on Lake, No Pets, No Burning except in receptacles provided, No Horses, No Swimming, No Snowmobiles, No disorderly Conduct, No off road equipment allowed at the park.
Park is open 6 am – 10 pm
